Other Payment Options

It appears your payment was rejected by our payments provider for some reason. This is usually because the credit card you are using has been flagged as a high risk for payment fraud. This generally means you will not be able to pay via credit card. You have several options to attempt to purchase the software.

A. You can call ECSuite — at 888-736-6475 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — and ask them to push the payment through. They will require additional identification information from you when you call. You may also email them at consumersupport@ecsuite.com.

B. You may pay with Western Union. If you are based outside the U.S., this is your only option.
Here’s how to pay with Western Union:

  1. 1. What: Send $399 + $80 for however many months you want to prepay for (6 month minimum). Example 6 prepaid months is $480. $399 + $480 = $879
  2. 2. Send to:
    First name: Luis
    Last name: Troopal
    Location: Austin, Texas, USA
    Select the “NO ID” option, with a question and answer like “question: barbie” “answer: doll”
  3. ** MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM THE WU CLERK HAS SELECTED THE NO ID OPTION **

  4. 3. Email us at sales@troopal.com with your name, the city & country the WU payment is from, the total amount of the payment, the western union control number and the question & answer you chose. We will pick up the payment within 48 hours, then set up your Troopal account and software registration.
